You're right about Thanksgiving, now it's my fav holiday. I am visiting my sister for a time. I cooked the turkey dinner & loved it. I don't get a chance to cook for, & wait on anyone these days, as I live alone. So it was a treat to do so. We relaxed by the fire & talked afterwards. I felt grateful to be able to visit my sister for this Thanksgiving. Sounds like you had a wonderful day, that's what Thanisgiving is all about.sharonsjourneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10397338051674165096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904990175885851041.post-60052919019567889992007-11-23T12:24:00.000-05:002007-11-23T12:24:00.000-05:00My favorite too for the same reasons and I feel so...My favorite too for the same reasons and I feel so blessed to have spent this one sober. I prefer to be home and the one doing the cooking but being in NYC and trying (note trying:) to see the Macy's parade and being with my family and my niece and nephew were enough for me.

I have a full and grateful heart.Kathy Lynnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12808513070742589781noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904990175885851041.post-45448438909614515772007-11-23T10:44:00.000-05:002007-11-23T10:44:00.000-05:00You're right about Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is just about that "giving thanks" , enjoying our families, friends and eating. It doesn't get better than that.

Enjoy2bmehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00058872754661017038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904990175885851041.post-184509414363721962007-11-23T08:54:00.000-05:002007-11-23T08:54:00.000-05:00"JOY" that is a word I think encompasses every day..."JOY" that is a word I think encompasses every day of my life now.

As I read your post, I am grateful and JOYfull every day I am alive now...I AM amazed...and pray I am no-where NEAR halfway through....

You're one of my blessings and I will attempt to continue more frequestly to comment and blog...it reallt DOES get better...

This is a WE program and your input and love for life are inspiring.

GOD bless you my friend,
~ShuggrA friend of Bill W.https://www.blogger.com/profile/03375504946168083959noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904990175885851041.post-90212408241117413582007-11-23T07:37:00.000-05:002007-11-23T07:37:00.000-05:00What a wonderful day and menu you have described! What a wonderful day and menu you have described!Mary Christinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08156474205414127488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4904990175885851041.post-9875423319443242632007-11-23T03:32:00.000-05:002007-11-23T03:32:00.000-05:00that sound absolutely wonderful! and thankful...that sound absolutely wonderful! and thankful...Shadowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05999801833389058410noreply@blogger.com
